Here are the photos I took for one of my clients who bought an Irish Crossings townhouse:
As an example, here is the progress of the kitchen:

This is pretty basic work. It took me about fifteen minutes per week to take photos, upload them to Picasa and share a link with the couple buying this townhouse. But they were a five hour drive from South Bend, making it impractical for them to watch the work personally.
If you’re buying a condo that is under construction, shouldn’t you ask the person representing you to help you monitor its progress? Is anyone representing you?
I love the accountability and peace of mind that you provide for people who live away from the city. What a difference it must make for your clients.
I looked at Irish Crossings last year. A very nice development and the larger units around the pond are the best in the whole area. Last I saw they still had a few foundations to put in to complete the development. Have they completed all of the foundations yet? I’m sure once construction is done this will be a top development for decades.
Very nice. That’s a great service to provide.
