How have home sales been on the southside? I live in Twyckenham Hills, and it seems as if things have been relatively brisk around here, as well as Scottsdale and Crest Manor/Kensington Farms. All of the aforementioned are good neighborhoods with nice homes, but well under the price tag of Granger or other more expensive areas. Are people wising up and purchasing what they can afford on one income?
